ANN ARBOR, MIIGAN – May 10, 2019, Truck Hero, Inc. (or the “Company”) announced today the strategic acquisition by Lund Truck International Holding Company (“Lund Truck Accessories”), a portfolio business of Highlander Partners, LP. Lund is based in Buford (Georgia) and is a leader in the design, manufacture, and marketing of automotive accessories. It can be used for passenger cars, light trucks and SUVs as well as Jeeps as well as heavy trucks. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lund Truck Accessories International was founded in Anoka in Minnesota in 1965. Its roots date back to the 1920s. Lund International is a world-renowned supplier of automotive accessories. It offers a wide range of stylish, functional and protective products in more than 30 categories, including many well-known brands like AVS, Belmor and Bushwacker as well as Rampage Products, RoadWorks Manufacturing and Roll-N-Lock.
